The courses are open to University staff and students, as well as people form private and government organisations.
In 2021 our courses will focus on developing a working knowledge of statistical techniques will implementation in the statistical program R. The program with include courses on data visualisation, the basics of R and analysis in R.
All courses require an enrolment fee, see individual course pages for details.
More courses may be added throughout the year.

Participants must first complete the online enrolment form available from each course information page and then proceed to the online payment system to pay via credit card. Check each course for fee information.
Please note, if you are a UWA staff member or student and wish to pay from a project grant, you still must pay by credit card and then reconcile your credit card against your project grant. Journal and Internal Funds Transfers (IFT) are no longer supported.

We can organise courses on particular topics if there is enough demand. Please contact us to enquire further. If you are a UWA Graduate Research student, we may be able to help you through the Postgraduate Support Clinic.
Courses will usually be held either in the Mathematics Building or the UWA University Club and will require you to bring your own laptop. You will be sent an email confirming the location of the course the week before.
Materials can be collected from the venue 15 minutes before the course begins.
The Centre for Applied Statistics does not provide accommodation, but accommodation options close to Crawley and in Perth surrounds are available.
